The chef

Since my youngest age I have been passionate about cooking, thanks especially to my paternal grandmother with whom I have almost only culinary memories.

I grew up and studied in Monaco. When I was 16 years old, I turned to a hotel management course and decided to become a cook... it could not be otherwise.

After my studies, I took advantage of a few trips to feed my thirst for culinary knowledge through encounters.

Today A Cantina is more than just a restaurant for me ... it's the place where I met my wife 14 years ago.

It is a dream I share with my brother, Julien, who selects the wines for the restaurant.

It's a long standing friendship with Sophie the waitress & my daughter's godmother.

For me, Cantina is a universe, my little universe that I wish to share...
